About Us

Tammy Jones Cleanouts (Jones Estate Cleanouts) is a family company owned by a married couple, Tammy and Dave Jones from Budd Lake, (Mount Olive) New Jersey. They have been cleaning out and liquidating estates for approximately sixteen years. Tammy and Dave are active members of their community belonging to several local groups such as Kiwanis.

Tammy Jones Cleanouts Corp. was a small company started by the Jones Family in the effort to reduce the amount of solid waste that ends up in local landfills. Recycling and salvage is a major part of the company's efforts to help the environment and its inhabitants.

They started out with one old Dodge Van as Jones Estate Cleanouts, and now Tammy Jones Cleanouts owns a small fleet of vehicles including trucks and vans. They can handle any size job and have full time and part time personel. They are also involved in the auction community sub-culture in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Tammy and Dave Jones are both animal lovers and have eight cats of their own, (all rescues), five dogs, a very noisy bird, and several Man-Eating Koi. (just kidding about the Koi, they are just overgrown goldfish) They have no children as of yet, but hope to expand their family soon.

The Jones Family and Tammy Jones Cleanouts help out local charities and organizations as much as possible. They regularly make donations of furniture, clothing, and basic necessities to needy families, children's groups, and charitable organizations.
